Each team member experiences the following introduction to our agency;
- Initial telephone screening
- A 'one to one' personal interview
- If successful, a recall to one of our training days
Our training days consist of;
- An education of each potential role and the responsibilities of those roles.
- Silver service
- Table laying/setting
- Waiting tables and plated service
- Bar service
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Finish with practical training as individuals and in teams
