JAM was born of the belief that a staffing agency should provide much more than just people. We aim to match the most stylish, motivated and happy staff to each event, ensuring brilliant service and guest satisfaction to reflect the desire of the client. All our staff have been personally trained and assessed to ensure that we can offer professional, intelligent and above all, motivated staff.

Training

Each team member experiences the following introduction to our agency;

• Initial telephone screening
• A 'one to one' personal interview
• If successful, a recall to one of our training days

Our training days consist of;

• An education of each potential role and the responsibilities of those roles.
• Silver service
• Table laying/setting
• Waiting tables and plated service
• Bar service
• Health and safety in the workplace
• Finish with practical training as individuals and in teams
