JAM was created by two catering events managers with over 30 years experience between them in the industry. The knowledge gained by working with some of the highest profile and most exacting clients has taught us how important great staff are to the success of an event.
Jeremy Burlingham - Director
Jeremy started in the events industry back in 2003. Originally he was freelancing while working in the financial recruitment sector- when he realised that this was not for him he moved over full time. After 4 years of event management and planning he decided to raise the bar in terms of London's event staffing and now enjoys the challenges that come along with working alongside the company's clients and their bespoke requirements.
Mark Czernek - Director
Mark started his career in the Hotel and Restaurant industry, working at Country House Hotels in St Andrews and the family business in Yorkshire. Coming to London in 2000, he went straight into Catering Event Management and saw a gap in the market for high end agency staff for the Events industry. Working with luxury brands, high end caterers and venues in London is something he enjoys immensely and is always striving to find ways to improve and refresh the staffing aspect of Events and Hospitality.
Cecilia Renton - Senior Staffing Manager
Cecilia couldn’t be more JAM. She began her career with us during her Psychology degree at Oxford Brookes. Only working holidays wasn’t enough so she was often back at weekends becoming popular with a cross section of her clients. Along the way she progressed from general team member to supervisor and on to managing smaller events. Cecilia now has taken the mantle of being the organiser in the office. Everything that happens in the office has been given the green light by 'C'!
Antonia Steele - Senior Staffing Co-Ordinator
Antonia is another 'Jammer' that has worked her way through the ranks. Working on site wiht JAM for over 2 years she has now chalked up another year in the office and moved into the position of senior staffing co ordinator, where she is responsible for training and placing the staff to JAM's incredibly high standards. Antonia is another hidden gem who is raising the quality stakes of the staffing market.
Freya Wallace - Staffing Co-Ordinator
Freya has joined JAM Staffing having worked on site for a number of months. With the Aussie 'get up and go' mentality she has been a whirlwind of inspiration in the office. Actively addressing new ideas and areas to work on, she promises to be innovative and resourceful over the coming years. A great eye for detail and hugely driven, Freya brings new focus to the office and the staff alike.
